West Wight Sports & Community Centre

The West Wight Sports and Community Centre Trust is a registered charity (reg number 273334) providing sports, health and fitness to the West Wight and beyond.
Based in the village of Freshwater on the Isle of Wight, our facilities include:
- 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool (with the only diving boards on the Isle of Wight)
- 12 metre learner pool
- 33 metre sports hall
- Wight Climbing – The Island only indoor climbing wall
- A newly refurbished gym
- Large Cafe serving tea. coffee, cakes plus hot and cold meals
- Community Centre and meeting rooms
- Chiropractic Clinic
- Various Fitness Classes
- Hair salon – Cut ‘N’ Run
- Large playing fields
- Large (pay on display) car park
The Centre is a hub for the West Wight community providing a diverse range of services including supporting the vulnerable and isolated, providing youth services as well as all the traditional activities associated with a sports and community centre.
