Thank you to everyone who came aong to the Duver Dash events 2022.

We are very excited to welcome and include the Duver Dash to the Isle of Wight Festival of Running. This event will be organised and run in partnership with the team at Bembridge Harbour.
All money raised from this race will be split between the West Wight Sports & Community Centre charity and Kissy Puppy – The Sophie Rolf Fund.
KissyPuppy is a charity that provides support to children on the Isle of Wight suffering from life-shortening conditions.
The Duver Dash is a scenic race which starts and finishes on the Duver at St Helens. The 5km course takes in spectacular coastal views and finishes along the Causeway path between the lagoons in the Harbour itself.
The 1km Junior route is on the Duver with, (and there is) a 2nd lap option.
Date: 29/05/2022
There will be no race briefing. Details will be emailed in advance and the course will be signed and marshalled. It is the responsibility of each runner to know the route and follow signs and marshals.
Race start time: 5k – 10:00 am / Junior Run – 11:00 am
Entry Fee: 5K – £10.00 / Junior Run – £4.00
Venue: Start and finish on the Duver at St Helens.
Minimum age: 16 years for 5k, 5 years for Junior run
Facilities: Duver Cafe, showers and toilets. Parking available nearby
Prizes: event medal for all finishers
Race Route: tbc. Please note route may be subject to change and will be confirmed on the day.
